ABOUT
Hello, and thank you for visiting!
I’m Shifra Chesler—a wife, mother of three, and one of nine siblings.
For as long as I can remember, I've been fascinated by people. I’ve always
loved connecting with others, truly listening to their stories, and gaining a deep understanding of their world. Growing up, I had aspired to become either a therapist or psychologist. My parents, Shaul and Chana Rosenblatt, discovered the transformative philosophy of The Three Principles (originally uncovered by Sydney Banks) when I was in my teens, and I noticed a profound shift in how they lived their lives. I quietly observed as they worked with hundreds of individuals who transitioned from suffering to joy, often in a surprisingly short amount of time and I realized if I wanted to go on a path of helping people feel more at peace with their lives, this is the way forward for me.
If I hadn't witnessed it myself, I wouldn’t have believed it.
After all, isn’t real change supposed to take many years and a lot of effort? But what I saw was quite the opposite: people already possess everything they need within themselves—they simply need to be guided toward it and change will occur naturally and often very quickly.

After completing my BA in Childhood and Youth Studies and becoming a certified Three Principles Practitioner through the One Thought Institute, I ran my own practice in Jerusalem, Israel for four years. During that time, I led women’s groups, hosted community nights in Jerusalem, organized children’s groups, and worked with individuals of all ages one-on-one. I also co-created the Spark Curriculum for secondary schools. Later, I moved to the U.S., where I spent four years working with students at Penn State University. Now, I’ve returned to my hometown of London, UK.

I feel incredibly blessed to have the opportunity to help people reconnect with their own inner wisdom and well-being through The Three Principles.

I work with people of all ages, either in person in London or via Zoom.
